Refund policy

 

   Need to return your Item?

No problem! Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund             (excluding any original postage fees paid).

 

If you want to exchange any items they must be brought to our Forge Market Stall for the exchange to be completed in store. We do not post back exchanges. 

Please take care when trying on your new purchases as any items marked or with odours for example smoke will not be eligible for a refund. All items returned must be received in their original unworn condition with all tags still intact.  

 

You do not need to notify us of a return, however we do recommend you get a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, we would like to advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.

If you / our customer could put a note inside parcel with name ordered under and / or order number when returning item/s.
